Do you accept orders from places other than Australia?

We accept orders from most countries. If you do not see your country in the drop down list on the shopping cart form drop us a line and we'll let you know if delivery is possible.

Pricing

All prices are in AUSTRALIAN dollars and are inclusive of local sales tax (GST – 10%). Products being delivered outside Australia are not subject to sales tax and will have the tax amount deducted at the checkout.

How much will my order cost me in my own currency?

Unfortunately, it's impossible for us to give you an accurate figure. This is not only because the exchange rates between currencies change every minute, but also because every bank and credit card company add their own different charge for currency conversion.

We will charge your credit card in Australian Dollars and your credit card company will then convert that amount to your local currency. To find out approximately what you will be charged, please refer to our CURRENCY CONVERTER located on our home page. This will give you an idea of roughly how much you will be charged, but will NOT give you a 100% accurate figure.

Receipt & order confirmation

Once you have placed an order, confirmation will be sent to you via email complete with transaction and order reference numbers. Please retain these.

If you have questions regarding an outstanding order or the availability of items ordered please contact us. Please remember to allow 30 days for delivery for outstanding orders or refer to correspondence from Bandtshirts.com.au regarding the status of an order.

I am missing an item in my package?

Please contact us and include your order number and name.

What if an item is out of stock?

If you pay for an item and we discover it is out of stock you will have your order refunded.

Can you send me a catalogue?

Our website is our catalogue.

I am experiencing technical difficulties with the website, what do I do?

Please contact us to report a fault to our technical support team and we will do our best to fix it.

Alternatively, if you are experiencing difficulties with the site, our customer service team is on hand from 10am-6pm AEST Mon-Fri to take your order over the phone.
